How to: Import all objects from another Microsoft Access database.
Solution:
Open the database to which to import objects, select 'Get External Data' from the 'File' menu and select 'Import...', specify the database and select all of the objects in the database, and choose 'OK' to import.
1) If the destination database (the database to which to import objects) is not already open, open the database.
2) (Optional) Activate its Database window.
a) Select the 'Window' menu.
b) Select the name of the database.
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Get External Data'. (A submenu appears.)
4) Select 'Import...' from the submenu. (The Import dialog box appears.)
5) Make sure 'Microsoft Access (*.mdb;*.mdw;)' is selected in the 'Files of type' drop-down list box.
6) Select the drive where the source database (the database from which to retrieve objects) is located from the 'Look in' drop-down list.

7) Select the folder that contains the source database from the 'Look in' list box. (The database file is displayed.)
NOTE: If the database file is in a subfolder, continue selecting folders until the desired database file is displayed.
8) Select the database file. (The file is highlighted.)
9) Click 'Import'. (The Import Objects dialog box appears.)

10) If the source database has a database password:
a) Type the password in the 'Password' box.
b) Click 'OK'.
11) Click the 'Tables' tab in the 'Import Objects' dialog box.
12) Click 'Select All'. (All the tables are highlighted.)

13) (Optional) Specify importing options with the 'Options' button:

a) Click 'Options'. (The Import Objects dialog box expands to display importing options.)
b) Do one or more of the following:
1] To include relationships defined in the source database, select the 'Relationships' check box in the 'Import' group.
2] To include custom toolbars defined in the source database, select the 'Toolbars' check box.
NOTE: If a custom toolbar in the source database has the same name as a custom toolbar in the destination database, that toolbar will not be imported.
3] To include all the importing specifications, select the 'Import/Export Spec' check box.
4] To import the tables' definitions AND the data they contain, select the 'Definitions and Data' radio button in the 'Import Tables' group.
5] To import just the selected tables' definitions (NOT the data they contain), select the 'Definition Only' radio button in the 'Import Tables' group.
14) Click the 'Queries' tab.
15) Click 'Select All'. (All the queries are highlighted.)
16) (Optional) To import select queries as tables:
a) Click 'Options'. (The Import Objects dialog box expands to display importing options.)
b) Select the 'As Tables' radio button in the 'Import Queries' group.

NOTE: Action queries remain as queries no matter which option is selected.
17) Click the 'Forms' tab.
18) Click 'Select All'. (All the forms are highlighted.)
19) Repeat steps 17) through 18) for macros and modules.
20) Click 'OK' to import all of the selected objects.
